My main interest is to help individuals develop into their full potential, and help them overcome whatever obstacles that are presented in their lives. In 20 + years of professional experience I was able to interact, share and help thousands of lives entangled within the Criminal Judicial System. I have mentored hundreds of troubled teenagers and college students in their difficult times. I have helped countless individuals and families afflicted by the effects of drugs and alcohol. I have first hand experience dealing with the devastation of drugs and alcohol on individuals and families. Most recently I have been working with children of all ages with behavioral problems. I am also a Christian pastor of a small nondenominational group. I enjoy helping couples in conflict, working with children and people in transition. I offer guided meditations, and teach mindfulness and relaxation techniques. This practice has proven effects in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety and Anger Management. .
