Life has a tendency to break us sometimes and during those times it helps to be reminded we are not walking this journey alone and it is safe to seek guidance when it is needed. Helping to empower and guide others in their life by teaching coping skills and self-acceptance, in a judgement-free zone, are always my intentions when working with clients. I am a true believer that life places the right people in your life when it is needed.
