Asking for help is the first step toward healing. I provide a personalized, strength based and supportive environment for persons struggling with life changes, conflicts and past issues. I believe every person holds the key to their success and happiness. Sometimes everyday stressors overwhelm us and part of our sessions involve how to find joy and fulfillment again. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, I assist children and adults with trauma, divorce, adoption, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and domestic violence issues. Afternoon times available.
