I have a family practice in psychology serving children, adolescents and couples, helping them adjust and thrive through life's challenges and changes. As a Certified Gottman Therapist & Workshop Leader, I provide a positive, practical, research-based approach to couples. While current research in the fields of psychology & interpersonal neurobiology guide my work, I also integrate newer, innovative energy-based methods to psychotherapy. I believe that psychotherapy and individual growth can be fun and an adventure. I bring a sense of humor, as well as a deep empathy & respect for work that goes into lasting personal and relational change. I offer workshops for couples, lectures and seminars in the Gottman Method. Couples can now attend The Art & Science of Love: A Weekend workshop for Couples in the Cleveland area. Developed by Drs. John & Julie Gottman, this research-based workshop has no group work or public disclosure. I am also certified in Energy Psychology through the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology and have trained with Donna Eden and David Feinstein,Ph.D. I especially love helping parents & children with these methods to enhance emotional regulation and create behavioral change successes.
