We are in ever changing relationships. They are fulfilling and complicated but at times can also leave us feeling broken and disposable. Those within a changing family system are faced with recreating what they once were. Often someone else's closed heart may falsely tell us to close our own. It takes courage to stay open despite our hurts and to learn again to love, trust and to continue becoming. One of the most significant elements of therapy comes not only when we learn to face our feelings but as we learn to let go. It's a beautiful paradox. My approach to therapy is eclectic, placing value on each person's unique story and needs. My areas of clinical focus include Divorce, Women's Issues, Anxiety, Teacher Burnout, Transition and Trauma. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling. I currently hold a temporary license as I pursue licensure. I am trained in EMDR I and Brainspotting I.
