I bring a holistic approach to the counseling experience, with more than 25 years in the Wellness Industry, I have a high regard for the intimate interaction of mind, body and spirit. It requires a healthy mind, body and spirit to live life to its fullest. I believe each client is the expert in their own life and I view every client as an individual and tailor each session with care and flexibility. My goal is to support each client in finding the answers that meet their needs and expectations, and together develop strategies to make better choices As I join with each client to assist them to wholeness, my approach is being on Task - offering my Time; Attention; Skills; and Knowledge, to make a difference in the lives of those I serve. We are transformed by the renewing of our minds as we journey together. I joined the Renewing Life Center as a practicum student supervised by Mark Whelchel, (NV License 0952) while earning my MA in counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. The Renewing Life Center is a non-profit Christian counseling center that exist to help facilitate right relationships between God, self, and others.
