Are you feeling overwhelmed, sad, confused, lonely? You may facing new challenges at work or with your spouse or children. Whether it is a job loss or change, conflict in your relationships, a death in the family, or another pressing concern, therapy provides you someone to listen, to walk beside you through these experiences, and to offer guidance and support as you face new discoveries and insights to your life and well-being. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families and view therapy as your opportunity to grow healthier -- mentally, emotionally, behaviorally and spiritually. Families and relationships are critical to our mental health. Sometimes they enrich our lives and sometimes these relationships create deep wounds. I work with clients to help them discover new ways to manage communication, conflict and boundaries with their loved ones. I hold licenses in both professional counseling and marriage and family therapy. I am also a certified facilitator for a marriage enrichment program and have experience working with couples and families of all ages and in all stages of development -- from moms and daughters to newlyweds to couples approaching retirement.
