Anxiety, depression, anger, mood changes, difficulties with inter-personal relationships and low self-esteem are areas that I specialize in. Many of us are not aware that our core beliefs of self and others come from our experiences while growing up and continue to affect us in adulthood. I am here to help you overcome anxiety, low self-esteem and depression by helping you understand, process and move on from these challenging emotions that continue to impact your life. I also treat single traumas that are unrelated to childhood i.e. unexpected death, an accident, victim of crime, etc. I am EMDRIA trained to practice EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) which has proven to be effective for PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). I do regular trainings and am part of a consultancy group that meets once a month to increase knowledge and enhance practice skills when using this technique.
