As a marriage and family therapist I can help individuals, couples, families and children explore and solve problems. I offer Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) combined with Mindfulness-based practices. We will work together to identify areas of distress and to understand your underlying beliefs and assumptions, and then develop skills for testing and modifying beliefs, identifying distorted thinking, and develop new ways of relating to others and changing behaviors. I am a Masters level therapist with 10 years experience with diverse populations. I graduated with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University-LA and am a Licensed Marital & Family Therapist in the State of Missouri.
