I am a clinical psychologist in the Louisville area who works with older children, adolescents, and adults. The field of Professional Psychology applies knowledge gained through psychological research to help people solve life's problems. It is my goal to bring together compassion, research based understanding, and individualized plans to help people meet their goals. I believe very strongly in the power of psychotherapy to change people's lives. I offer individual, family, and group therapy and psychological assessment. My practice, Groupworks, is a psychology practice that specializes in group therapy for children and adolescents. Our group programs support children, adolescents, and their families in developing healthier relationships and skills for living. Groupworks is a nationally recognized program offering innovative group therapy to the Louisville metropolitan area. I have extensive training and experience in group therapy. My training curriculum Group Psychotherapy with Children was published by the American Group Psychotherapy Association in 2008. I am very active in the Kentucky Psychological Association and the American Group Psychotherapy Association.
