I'm known as a gentle, sensitive clinician. My clients usually come to me in pain and distress due to difficulties in relationships or mood and anxiety problems. I provide a safe, supportive environment in which to heal and grow. I have been in practice for over 15 years, and have helped people navigate challenges that include relationship issues; life cycle transitions (e.g.deaths and divorce); spiritual crises, addictions; trauma recovery; and mood and anxiety disorders. I also have extensive experience in stress and anger management. I have a certificate in cognitive behavioral therapy and combine that model with other modalities depending on my clients' needs. I use a short term, solution focused approach but do not believe in "putting on band aids." I help my clients develop insight, work through troubling issues, and learn new skills. I see clients both in my office in Willoughby Hills where I accept insurance and at my home in Cleveland Heights where I charge on a sliding scale level.
