You can consider this a super-charged partnership. The term "therapy" has gotten a bad reputation over the years, but I think we all know that sometimes we need to clear out mind junk or even heal from some old battle wounds before we can achieve optimal levels of performance. With therapy, I partner with you to provide one-on-one or group support in all the areas where you need it. Sometimes it means processing old stuff or working on current stuff. We provide therapy because we enjoy meeting people where they are now and we also like coloring outside the lines. But, before you sign up for anything, I'd like to meet you (in person or over the phone).
