For the past 20 years,I have been helping children,ages 5 and up,families teenagers,couples,and adults. My approach to improving the lives of others, is based upon a variety of techniques. I challenge myself to think out of the box,with each individual,and have had great success being part of the personal growth of many. The primary focus is on teaching accountability and helping to empower individuals,families and couples to make "wiser choices." My style is interactive,which allows both the individual and therapist to work together as a team to resolve problems. I specialize in the following areas for children,teenagers,and adults such as: ADD/ADHD,anxiety,depression,self-esteem, work,school,relationships,parenting,co-dependency,behavior issues, divorce,bereavement or loss, cutting and ineffective coping skills to name a few. I have and continue to provide clinical supervision to undergraduate, graduate students,and those seeking supervision to obtain their professional license.
