In my practice, I work with clients of all ages to achieve solutions to everyday problems, life transitions and crises. I am experienced in working with pre-school children through high school youth, and I utilize a strong family/parent approach. Adults with depression and anxiety are given strategies to begin to alleviate distressing emotions and relationship challenges. I work collaboratively with other professionals and community support programs to provide a team approach to helping clients. My focus is on providing practical solutions to the problems brought to my office.
