I have a special interest in working with both adolescents and adults with issues ranging from, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, social anxiety, and trauma. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship can set the stage for improved insight and awareness into one's life struggles.
