I offer confidential counseling with children, adults, couples, and families. I have many years of experience, and specialize in work with children and teens. I will help you find realistic solutions to problems, and help you manage stress and anxiety in healthy ways. I will help you set goals, and make changes. If it turns out that a different kind of help is needed, I will help you find other resources. Call or email me with questions. All calls will be returned. I am known to be highly skilled at helping people in transition. Issues such as job loss, changing family situations, children leaving home usually result in questions about how to move forward. Stressful situations can often be improved through short term therapy and assisting clients to find new resources. I will be starting some groups this fall for teens, for parents, and for people looking to manage stress more effectively.
