I work carefully, with the contact between therapist and client providing the conduit for awareness, growth and healing. Most discomfort involves dissatisfying contact and the inability to slow down and look at fear, anxiety and what we want in a supportive and yet challenging environment. Together, we will explore and question thoughts, patterns and ideas that are often too difficult to face alone. This exploration is especially helpful with depression, anxiety and coming out issues.I am also available for trainings to agencies, groups and institutions. I am delighted to explore the possibilities and benefits of therapy with anyone who may be interested. Initial consultation is always free. I've worked with LGBTIQ persons throughout my career as a therapist; I trained at Seattle Counseling Service for Sexual Minorities and am a Sexual Minorities Specialist in Washington. I am dedicated to providing a supportive environment and constructing helpful processes to assist clients in living a more beautiful life. I am a Board Certified PTSD Clinician, and am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington, license # 60174437.
