I help clients with a variety of issues, specializing in relationship problems; individual concerns of stress, depression, and career; and adolescent issues. I also work with families, looking at the entire family system, and what is going on within it. I create a safe, trusting relationship with the client, working at a pace which is comfortable to the specific needs and desires, while at the same time, moving the client toward their desired goals. I firmly believe in the process of therapy, and thoroughly enjoy my profession. I find it essential to understand the client's experience and point of view. I like to find out what the client's goals are, and assist in their reaching those goals. I am 58 years old, married for 22 years, have 2 beautiful teenage girls, and a variety of pets. I know my life experiences greatly assist in my understanding of the variety of issues and experiences my clients present. I have been in private practice for 18 years, serving Atlanta and the Sandy Springs areas.
