I enjoy working with any client who has a desire to know themselves better. I believe that knowing oneself wholly can ease any internal, and then external battle that a client is striving to resolve. It is my goal to assist a client in discovering his or her authentic self by providing a safe environment for one to express oneself. I also aim to assist the client in identifying factors that may be obstacles to reaching his or her goals, and I do this by looking at the client's life from a holistic perspective. I believe the body tells a story about health. Through assisting a client in paying attention to how his thoughts manifest in his physical existence, he then pays attention to his whole self. On the journey to becoming well, body, mind and spirit are interconnected. Trugrowth Health and Wellness provides both clinician and client with resources to heal the whole person. On staff, one can find chiropractic care, a licensed herbalist, a nutritionist, and traditional therapeutic care. It is the goal of TRUgrowth to heal mind, body,and spirit.
