We ALL face adversities in life, including myself and in marriage. Depending on how we choose to overcome them helps determine whether we will. Finding the fortitude or courage to see our circumstances through is a powerful source of motivation to press forward in hard times. I am privileged to provide foundational Christian counseling to married couples and individuals for those facing varieties of adversities in life. "Cast your anxieties on Him [God] because He cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7 It's easier said than done, but I have hope that there is a way through the fire. Just as we must take care of our physical health, we must take care of our mental and emotional health as well. We are not indestructible. We wear down physically, mentally and emotionally. Even our hearts, minds, and marriages need healing. Are you willing to work for it? In life & marriage, we get to a place of brokenness, and can't see passed the hurt, fear, or anger, maybe don't know yet what it is that we're blind to, have hope. "Be strong and courageous...He will never leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6
