I love to meet with clients who are ready to make a change. You may not know what the change is, how to make it, or why you might need to, but you know that something needs to change. That's our starting point. I specialize in working with adolescents and family systems. I am certified in working with trauma focused issues and have experience working with issues of self esteem, depression, anxiety, and family issues such as divorce, separation, or other family system changes. I really enjoy working with adolescent females and helping them work through the unique experiences they are struggling with during this important life stage.
