After a career of more than twenty years I still believe therapy can be an adventure enhancing physical, emotional and spritiual well being. In addition to teaching clients how to determine life goals, and take small steps to reach them, I encourage creative expression through journaling, dream interpretation, the study of Myers-Brigss personality type and the Enneagram. Exploring dreams, the Myers-Briggs, and the Enneagram helps to improve relationships,increase communication effectiveness and life satisfaction. Clarissa Estes' book "Women Who Run With the Wolves" and her workshops have been a profound source of healing for me. I enjoy sharing her stories and wisdom.
