Deciding to begin therapy can be a difficult choice. I strive to create a place of safety and healing so that each family or individual I work with is able to fully benefit from the therapeutic process. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is sacred and the foundation for therapy. I am grateful and honored to have the opportunity to assist people when they are experiencing difficult times. We can all feel stuck at times, and it is an honor to be able to assist someone in the process of becoming unstuck. What works for one person does not often work for the next. I tend to tailor interventions for each client. I utilize evidence based methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy.
