I am a licensed professional counselor providing in-office and online psychotherapy for general mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and grief as well as specializing in PTSD, hoarding & gender issues (transgender clients.) My style is dynamic, client-centered and strength-based. I provide free in-office or telephone consultations to help you determine if I'm appropriate to meet your counseling needs. I'm also experienced treating depression, anxieties, codependency, OCD and phobias, relationship challenges, substance abuse/addiction and other general mental health issues.
