I am a licensed clinical professional counselor specializing in the areas of addiction, anxiety, depression, and couples. I have worked with a variety of individuals and couples addressing many areas; including grief, OCD, addictions, communication, ADHD, abuse and anger. I believe that I must cater to you so I draw upon many theories to give you what you need. I like to address trauma and grief through a variety of techniques including EMDR, EFT and talk therapy. EMDR is a proven technique to help with any experience that is traumatic or hard to get over. I do accept most insurances and provide a sliding scale fee. My office is conviently located downtown Meridian, and provides a relaxing environment.
