As a psychologist I have extensive experience in providing both brief counseling and long term depth psychotherapy as well as marriage and relationship counseling. For those interested in finding greater meaning in life I support spiritual journeys and teach about forgiveness. Concerning marriage I know how difficult relationships can be. I know the pain you feel when you have been betrayed, especially when there has been an affair. I also know how scared, lost and alone people feel when going through a divorce. With any situation I will help you gain greater clarity as to what steps to take next. Although I have been trained in insight oriented psychotherapy, I use an eclectic approach tailored to whom I see including a cognitive or transpersonal approach. Throughout my 30+ years I have been very attuned to a mind/body/spirit approach which significantly impacts an individual's health and wellness. Because of my international background and in working with different cultures I welcome working with people from different cultures and ethnic, religious and racial backgrounds or sexual orientations. I also teach one how to let go of one's anger and emotional pain through the work of forgiveness.
