In life we are often faced with many challenges and obstacles which may effect our thoughts, mood, relationships and ability to move beyond your dark moments. As your therapist, I will work with you to help regain a sense of hope, peace and determination to overcome the obstacles and stressors of life. I want to help you write a new chapter in your book of life starring ANew You! I am experienced in working with individuals in crisis situations in the mental health and substance abuse setting. Creating a supportive environment for family as well as the individual. My goal is to identify underlying causes for emotional disturbance, unstable moods and substance use and create a different method of coping. Creating a new outlook Life throws us many curve balls, at which we are faced with challenges, obstacles and life changing events. I believe in creating an atmosphere that is safe and nonjudgmental for my clients to feel comfortable in opening up about their struggles. My office hours are Mon - Fri evenings and weekends.
