Counseling for individuals, couples and families with an emphasis on healing and strengthening interpersonal relationships using Biblical values and Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, and Communication theoretical strategies. I have a special interest in helping clients establish healthy boundaries. The first step involves understanding and owning one's own beliefs, values, feelings, needs, and the next is to learn to communicate them to others assertively.
