Work, relationships, family-life in general-can all be challenging. But they don't have to be. I work with clients to be curious about themselves, exploring the past and developing self awareness. My aim is to help clients lead more satisfying, meaningful and fulfilling lives by collaboratively guiding them to cope with and manage the many obstacles we all face. I am adept at working with individuals and groups, primarily adolescents/young adults and adults. I have a particular focus on LGBT and men's issues related to identity development. I view conditions through multicultural and systems lenses, taking into account the intersection of complexities we often encounter. I operate a culturally aware and competent practice. I identify as a gay male, and I am open to working with clients of all genders and sexual orientations. Additionally, I am inclusive of all races, ethnicities, and abilities.
