Welcome! Taking the first step in seeking professional help can be daunting and anxiety provoking. I offer a peaceful, stress-free, relaxing, non-judgmental, and accepting atmosphere to support you in your quest to resolve issues that are negatively impacting your life. I have enjoyed my private practice in the Warwick area for 15+ years, and welcome you to call me to see if we are a good "fit" and can work together to help you achieve your goals. And, as an alternative between sessions, in some cases we can Skype or FaceTime sessions on a secure website. I provide INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, grief and loss (due to stressors such as death of a loved one, divorce, job loss), low self-esteem issues, and trauma from past or present. I also provide COUPLES COUNSELING for those struggling in their relationship. After our initial face-to-face session, if you cannot come into the office for therapy sessions, I offer ETHERAPI (similar to Skype or FaceTime) on a secure HIPPA approved website. It's a very successful tool for clients who have childcare issues or other situations that prevent coming in.
