I treat children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of issues including: anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, attachment and bonding, disordered eating, impulsivity, codependency, guilt and shame, and family conflict. I have 4 + years experience facilitating group psychotherapy with clients ranging from inpatient population settings at Peachford Hospital, to high school students in the South Bronx, to court-mandated and intellectually disabled adults at Cobb County Community Services Board. I help children & adolescents master challenging behaviors with expressive arts & play therapy. I encourage teenage and adult clients to develop skills that decrease their most painful symptoms. With gentle direction, we determine where you are most "stuck." You can expect to integrate skills & develop insights within a warm, empathic environment. I provide you with guidance, but I also honor your stance and recognize that you are an expert on yourself with many strengths so we will work collaboratively to reach your goals.
