I believe we are all on a journey in life. My ideal clients are couples, families, and teenagers that are "stuck" in patterns of thinking and behaving that disrupt this journey. When these disruptions become overwhelming, I offer tools to help you redefine your perspective, engage in deeper insight, and develop behaviors that lead to a more abundant life experience. I encourage my clients to embrace their uniqueness, as well as understand the system that has influenced who they are. The ultimate goal is to provide opportunities to improve your quality of life and strengthen relationships. I am action -oriented and inspire clients to explore new ways of perceiving themselves and the world around them. I have many life experiences to draw on, as well as countless mistakes that have helped me along in my journey. My experiences have provided insight and awareness into the dynamics of the family system. I bring to the table many years of experience working with at-risk-youth. I am also competent in working with struggling couples who want to build better communication and deeper intimate experiences. Single-parents, blended families, teenage parents, and divorcing couples, have also been a part of my journey.
