Through life and professional experience, I have come to discover that we all have been granted with the ability to help one another overcome life's challenges in our own way. My goal is to partner with you to increase your awareness of your personal strengths, identify barriers to recovery and identify positive ways to overcome personal difficulties through personal growth. I offer individual and family counseling to adults and teens. As a clinical social worker, I have experience with diagnosis/treatment of mental health related symptoms. I have worked with various populations, specializing in a variety of issues: dual-diagnosis, family/relational problems/conflict, grief/loss, depression, and anxiety. I primarily utilize CBT, trauma informed treatment, strengths perspective, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques. I am currently accepting new clients! My fees are flexible to accommodate various income circumstances. Weekend and evening appointments are available.
