Welcome / Bienvenidos! I am a Counseling Psychotherapist and Life Coach from Spain with 20 years of experience. I earned my bachelor's in Clinical Psychology from SJSU (California) and a M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University in 2000. My goal as a professional is to guide my clients not only in finding solutions to their problems, but also in developing coping skills to re-establish balance when facing challenges. With a strong base in Motivational Strategies, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Coaching, I help my clients develop the necessary motivation and confidence to address difficult issues. Over the past 20 years, I have helped many families, couples and people overcome battles with addiction, depression, anxiety, grief or trauma, etc. In the context of a warm, positive and respectful relationship, I rely on scientifically-based interventions to better serve my clients and bring the best on them.
