At "A New Path" my goal is to provide an accepting and empathetic environment where you can feel safe, supported and respected throughout the therapy process. I work with individuals (children/adults/adolescents), families and couples. I earned my Masters Degree at Arizona State University and I specialize in working with those experiencing issues including but not limited to: PTSD/ trauma, past abuse (sexual/physical/emotional), eating disorders, impulsive and self harming behaviors, problems regulating emotions, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, phobias, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. I integrate a blend of therapies that best meet my client's individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Mindfulness based techniques. I'm certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), which is an effective form of trauma treatment. My hope is that I can provide you with a strong therapeutic relationship that will assist you in achieving a sense of self-acceptance while on your journey to a deep and meaningful life. I look forward to helping you find your own New Path. You can also visit me at www.anewpathaz.com.
