I offer real-life solutions to resolve the roadblocks that stand in your way to happiness and inner peace. Each individual's life experience is unique and therefore, each therapeutic approach is specifically designed with your personal goals guiding the process. It is my belief that each individual possesses the ability to create positive change in their lives, many simply need to increase their knowledge and expand their skills. As valedictorian of my undergraduate and graduate degree programs, I combine professional excellence and knowledge to help children, adolescents and adults. I am an in-network and EAP provider for most insurance companies. I have over 18 years of national and international work experience helping clients with Mood Disorders ( depression, bi-polar, dysthymia), Anxiety, Relationship Issues ( couples, premarital); Grief/Loss ( bereavement, life transitions, separation, divorce, disability), Parenting, Behavioral Issues ( ADHD/ADD, ODD), Forgiveness and Faith, Abuse and Trauma Recovery, Stress, and Anger. As mother of a disabled child, I am aware of how even the most difficult situations can be overcome and ultimately turned into strengths. Additionally, having been the lead therapist of a Christian Counseling Organization has equipped me to include a faith-based approach to treatment, if desired by clients.
