I am aware that navigating one's own path can be difficult at times. Sometimes we seem to lose our way, and hopefully I have the flashlight that can help you find your way back. My experience has been in working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. Families are complicated systems as they are made up of individuals with their own personal needs, views and wants. I believe everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. I work from a strength and solution focused perspective. I have an honest and open approach to therapy. I work with adults, couples and families who are fractured and wounded whether it be due to depression, anxiety, trauma, or just everyday stress.
