I enjoy working with adults and older adolescents who are interested in reflecting on their personal experience in order to deepen their lives. I appreciate how risky it can feel when delving into this kind of process; I also know how profound such exploration can be. I believe that the therapeutic relationship can provide a space to enhance one's understanding, compassion and emotional flexibility. My practice is psychodynamically and relationally oriented. I prefer to meet weekly or more frequently.
