Non-judgmental Stance, Listening, Hope, Trust I bring these values to counseling sessions. My passion is to work with families, couples, and individuals struggling with life's pressures due to immediate circumstances or ongoing difficulties. Finding someone you can trust is important in the process of moving forward and feeling empowered to make changes. I offer a free consultation help you know me and to ensure a successful counseling relationship. Relationships help us heal and connect. My intention is to connect in a mutual honest and trusting relationship in order to help you connect with yourself and others. I believe it is important to work with, and challenge you to embrace feelings and experience emotions in a safe non-judgmental atmosphere. Counseling is an undertaking that requires a willingness to fully participate in the process while learning how to have compassion and grace for yourself. I worked with adolescents and their families as a teacher and taught parenting classes. I have EMDR training, DBT experience, and first-level training of PACT couples therapy (Developmental neuroscience, Arousal regulation, Attachment Theory). I believe in working with the mind, body, and spirit to create balance and harmony.
