I see you, the client, as the expert of your own life. Working collaboratively, we will explore ways to better manage your life situations in order to not just survive, but live a life you love. I use Solution-Focused, Narrative, and CBT modalities of therapy. I especially enjoy working with adults on an individual basis to deal with coping with life's challenges, improving motivation, and reaching your full potential. I have an empathetic and non-judgmental nature. I believe in the power of creative problem-solving. I will be your supportive guide to help you do more of what's already working. I also have an interest in integrating spiritual principles, such as the law of attraction, in order to reach your goals.
