I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families. I have worked in Partial Hospital Programs, local emergency rooms, and as a consultant at a local juvenile detention facility. I enjoy working with clients to address issues of depression, family conflict, divorce, delinquency, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, aggression and substance abuse. I have witnessed the resiliency of families during the most difficult times of their lives. I have been trained in the Person in Environment Model which helps me in understanding the reciprocity of a person's surroundings, beliefs and relationships. I work to empower them to make the changes they desire. I have also been trained in Motivational Interviewing which helps me engage with the most reluctant clients. I have immediate openings and can accommodate families through afternoon and evening appointments. I look forward to working with you!
