My therapeutic approach is one of openness and curiosity in order to gain understanding of how my clients want their lives to be different. I strive to help my clients reach their goals and to attain fuller, happier, more enjoyable lives and have more satisfying relationships. I am experienced working with depression, anxiety, adjustment, relational issues, trauma, PTSD, in addition to grief and loss. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families. I have specialized proficiency working with a culturally diverse population, high-risk youth and young adults, as well as children and families in crisis.
