I provide supportive, encouraging services to clients in need for various situational, environmental, and/or mental health issues. (Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bi-Polar D/O, Adjustment D/O, OCD, & other mental health Diagnosis) I have been in clinical practice since 2009 and have offered services to children, families, couples, adults, and geriatric population. My preference of therapeutic technique is Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I enjoy helping others explore, identify and formulate action plans to get on the path to thinking/feeling/behaving better.
