People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Some have a specific issue that they need to work through like grief, depression or divorce. Others feel unfulfilled in their jobs or relationships. Still others simply feel stuck. Through an integrative therapeutic approach, I'll work with you to explore the patterns in your life and relationships that are limiting your capacity for happiness. By developing insight into these patterns, you will feel empowered to take control and change the direction of your life. Not all therapists are the same, so it is important you find someone you feel comfortable with.
