I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach and a Certified ADHD Coach, graduating from the leading coach training school based on the integration of evidence-based coaching and the science of positive psychology. My coaching expertise is working with individuals who feel or think they may, or know they may have ADHD or ADHD-like qualities.
