Are you feeling depressed? Anxious? Having difficulty in a relationship? At especially challenging times, we all need guidance and assistance in healing ourselves. In therapy, I like to take a compassionate yet direct approach to help you identify practical solutions to life's challenges. You have the ability to heal your life! Throughout my clinical experience I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, residential treatment programs, in-home therapy, and private practice. This has provided me with invaluable training in areas including bereavement, oncology, eating disorders, dual diagnosis, infant/child mental health, educational issues, relationship challenges, depression, sexuality, and self-esteem. In addition to traditional therapy I prefer to take a holistic approach. Your emotional, physical, and mental health are all related. Additionally, for your comfort and convenience sessions can be held at your home or office.
