The headlines read : These are the worst of times (Styx,1981). At times our situations can be overwhelming and truly feel like the worst of times. Life can be painful and difficult and sometimes feels out of control. I help clients deal with a variety of “worst of times” including marital conflict, medical crisis or chronic illness, parenting issues, a difficult child/teen, anger, depression/anxiety, etc. I will help you to solve these and other issues, and work together to make lasting changes. I believe that a person grows in relationships and it is my mission to help clients resolve conflict , establish resources, and improve relating skills needed to enhance the overall health of their lives and relationships. I provide therapy services to individuals, couples and families. During our time together I will work from an orientation which provides knowledge and understanding of how relationships work and how problems can be resolved in even the most challenging situations.
