Anger management is not about removing one's anger; anger management is learning to recognize and control our responses to life's anger causing stressors. Without the proper help, this may be easier said than done. Personal experience is our best motivator and educator. My personal experiences with anger management allow me to relate with my clients and them to relate with me. My insight into the male experience provides many benefits for my clients, including the recognition of adult and teen stressors, how we think about anger (our cognitions) and we act out our anger (our behaviors).
