In a therapeutic and safe environment, I will address any life stressors, relationship problems, and/or unresolved issues from your past. When these issues aren't addressed we don't function well in the major areas of our lives. Short term therapy can help resolve this. Embarking on a journey of healing and positive growth through therapy is a courageous and bold action that I admire in my clients. Together we can work through your negative circumstances to find the healing and positive growth that will increase hope and overall satisfaction you feel in life. I have helped others achieve positive change whether the issues were related to career, relationships, and/or intrapersonal; both in the individual and group therapy setting. Engaged? My personal experiences, combined with professional training, has provided me a unique ability to help others meet goals of greater insight, growth, and healing from their problems.
