I believe a person's strengths are just as important as anything else about them when providing therapy, treatment is about developing abilities that will increase happiness and help you thrive. Besides offering therapy over the internet I also have videos that are public service announcements to do my part to fight the stigma on mental illness. One thing I was hoping these videos would do is allow prospective clients to get a sense for me and help them feel comfortable with meeting me for the first time. Most mood and anxiety disorders like agoraphobia and social anxiety have distinct advantages with sessions conducted over the internet and I have experience with both. Adult clients suffering from ADD have had great success as well as high functioning individuals with learning disabilities or conditions such as autism. Exclusively doing therapy over the internet you will find me more connected to you. There is no travel time to appointments and am available to clients where ever they are. Stop suffering needlessly and be able to do the things you need to do.
